Although I honestly enjoyed this film there were sadly a few key problems that over shadowed the whole thing:

Poor cinematography (sp?)
Under development of the characters (anyone who has only seen the movie, can you tell me why Sheppard is important?)

I'm not worried about them running out of tickets for Serenity2 anymore, but I think it's very important to see the Firefly series before you see the film, other wise it's just going to be a good tale with nothing to back it up.

Oh, and Wash. I cried.
