So I have a new website layout but it needs a new banner and I'm feeling utterly uncreative and uninspried so,

I need help!

My new site layout is nearly done but the menu is being a complete pain!

I'm trying to use a cascade menu but I'm completely crap with javascript and it's just not working for me. Is there anyone who can help me with this??
