I had my reassesment at Gymophobics today and I've lost a grand total of 7 inches!

Very pleased as I didn't think I'd lost anything at all and because I'm stupidly excited I got Phizz to write down the details!

So I've lost:
1 inch off bust
1/2 inch off waist
1 1/2 inch off abs
1 inch off hips
1 3/4 inch off right thigh
1 inch off left thigh
1/4 inch off of left arm
7 TOTAL

Also my blood pressure is down from 137/92 to 133/88 which is an improvement! Still a way to go but it's great to know there are changes especially as I really wasn't expecting any as I was utterly crap in November/December.

We then went round and put together my new program which is much harder but I'm seeing this as a good thing as it will make more difference and hopefully, the inches will drop off quicker!

My aim is to loose a total of 10 inches by my next reassesment in March.

I also made good progress on two music videos, one Sam/Jack and one Sam/John. I should probably mention those are SG videos since I'm watching WaT again!

So yeah, good day! Plus my copy Henry VIII arrived so off to watch that. I'm really looking forward to seeing Emily Blunt as Catherine Howard!

edit Oh good grief! There's a thread over at IMDB about Anne Boleyn wearing Ugly Betty's necklace. *hits head on desk repeatedly*
