I'm now watching West Wing on the brilliantly huge tv Dad gave me. Although the tv signal we get is crap the dvd quality is brilliant!

I'm officially behind on pretty much everything! (Including e-mails and LJ comments. *snuggles purple_shoes*)

I had 2 days off work this week as I've had a horrid stomach bug and have just been too knackered to do anything but watch tv and enjoy sim_rants.

I got Sims 2 Free Time today and I think it might be my favorite EP yet, utterly amazing!

I really don't have much else to say. Plan is now to go to bed and wake up early tomorrow to do some cleaning (If I'm up to it) and play some more Sims!

I will also get on with making myself a Sims icon now that I have gorgeous Sims thanks to default replacements!

Edit Oh and, Emily got a new job. She starts Tuesday thank god! It even pays a tiny bit more than her current one.

Does anyone know where ramdonomo has gone? *hopes she's ok*

I've been fiddling with my main layout and profile layout. Not done yet but probably won't do anymore till I head back to Southampton. (Have escaped to Weymouth! FO post on that tomorrow probably)

First, I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays! Ours is going well so far except for a minor bust up with the step sister!

I've just finished rewatching all of The West Wing and I'd forgotten how much I loved the end of this show. It's one of the few series finales where it's felt just right!

It was also the first time I'd rewatched Election Day part 2 since I originally bought the DVDs and I don't think I'm ever going to be able to watch it without crying! Kristin gets me every time!

Have also finally watched some of the Christmas tv!

I'm also nearly ready to do a big update to CarlyandJax.com which is long overdue!

Now though I'm going to carry on with that and rewatch The Tudors season one.

CarlyAndJax.com has been updated and in other news, Livejournal is clearly run my idiots. I want to say that this surprises me but I'd be lying.

I'm just waiting for Jenny to get up so we can start cooking breakfast. We decided to have a proper fry up this morning before she leaves for Thailand this afternoon. It's going to be very weird without her! I will however be able to stop listening to everything on head phones which will be nice.

Happy birthday to karaden! LJ just sent one of those LJ user's birthday is coming up! how bloody useless is that the day after?! Sorry hon!

In other news I'm finding it utterly cool how many people are now on fandom_counts! If you haven't joined already, please do! It's incredibly interesting to see just how many of us use LJ for fandom related things.

I've trapped a nerve in my back and haven't been able to sit down all day, however 4 Paramol have meant I am finally able to! I'm also feeling slightly out of it, no surprise really!

Back to work now I think.

I couldn't get used to the colours of my old layout so I've redone it.

Work was ok today, nothing special. Came home with a headache though and went to bed for a few hours. Woke up at half seven and have been watching West Wing season 5 since then. Oh, and working on this layout obviously!

Back to West Wing now.

I'm probably not done fiddling with it yet because the colours arn't balancing quite right for me, but I'm very drunk so thought I'd better stop before I screwed the whole thing up!
