I have some good news! Something I haven't had in this journal for awhile! ;)

I finally had my review with my boss Andy last night. I was getting pretty nervous as it was the fourth attempt to have said meeting but they kept having to be cancelled, luckily for me, this one wasn't. (Yes I know I'm babbling)

Anyway, we went through everything and at the end he said that my trial was up, the job is officially mine and I'd have my pay rise and new hours (early shift on Fridays) from Monday! I'll also have an extra bonus which will be discussed when he comes back from his holiday. *dances*

So yes, very happy! He's also been very understanding of just how many sickdays I've had to have lately and has just said to keep him informed on how I'm feeling.

I really like having an understanding boss, it's so different to working at Venture Southampton and I'm more convinced that ever that I made the right decision to leave university.

*bounces*

Now all I need to do is start feeling better so I can raise my game at work and really make this all work!

In other news I have the new episode of BSG downloaded but I'm not letting myself watch it until I've finished coding the SG1 nominations page at least. So I'd better get back to it!
