Emily and I have had 'fun' washing my hair as we attempted to keep my bandage dry. It did slip down though and we got a good look at the bruises making their way up my arm. All I can day is oww, especially since the anesthetic and pain killers have both completely worn off!
Spent this afternoon/evening watching tv and lounging around feeling sleepy but not sleepy enough to sleep. Also no appetite which is annoying as I bought nice food to treat myself with!
Back to lounging around now with my large cup of coffee and book.

Oh I had the contraceptive implant put into my arm...hurts like hell!

It's like having a robot part in your arm! but your time of the month is a lot better, every cloud :)
